Our bread is supplied by Wapping Sourdough, a small family-run London bakery committed to producing naturally leavened organic artisan breads without the use of machines, preservatives, treatment agents or chemical flavour enhancers that are commonly found in larger bakeries. Their bread is unique to London with a taste and texture that cannot be reproduced elsewhere.

Their bread range is completely free from nuts, fats, dairy products and sugar. Only using the simplest organic ingredients, their commitment is to providing the healthiest, tastiest bread by the most environmentally friendly methods, which we fully support here at Dokke.
